Payment Method
NAU.com offers several payment methods for convenience. Payments can be made via the internet using either a credit/debit card or an eCheck. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and American Express. All credit card transactions incur a 2.95% service fee with a minimum fee of $3.00. eCheck payments require the bank routing number and checking account number, with no additional cost.
For international payments, NAU partners with Flywire, which offers excellent foreign exchange rates and 24/7 support in multiple languages. Payments can also be made by mail with checks payable to NAU, including the Student ID Number. In-person payments are accepted for check or cash only at the NAU Student Accounts office.
529 Prepaid or College Savings Plans are also accepted, with payments made directly to the school or through third-party billing. For those with third-party sponsorship, authorization to bill an outside organization is required.

Nau Return Policy?
NAU.com accepts returns of new, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Items must have all original sale tags intact. Returns should be made through the original place of purchase. For local customers, items can be returned in-store at the Nau brick and mortar location in the Pearl District.
Clearance items are final sale and non-exchangeable. To begin the return process, navigate to the returns page, enter the order number and shipping zip code, select the items to return and the reasons for returning them, print the prepaid shipping label, and mail the package.
